The Elements Course
This course is an immersive attunement into each element. Come sit with Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space (Light/Aether) with Mary Shutan, an experienced shamanic guide and ritualist.
Each hour will focus on a different element, and is an experiential opportunity to be initiated by each element. This means going beyond a mental space (although there will be minimal instruction, each hour is focused on feeling and knowing senses in order to embody the element as well as cultivate or deepen a relationship with the element. For those who have not experienced something like this before, I would consider either taking a Communal Healing course or considering the course to be similar to a one-hour meditation).
During each session, Mary creates a course container, or energy field, with the element for each student to have a powerful yet safe experience. Each student will be initiated in their own way by each element.
Each session will require a simple supply (think: bowl or cup of water for water) as well as a quiet, uninterrupted space to sit. A supply list will be sent after signing up for the course.

Due to the nature of the course, I do not accept students who wish to sign up for an individual attunement.
This course is available to anyone who has interest or feels called to be a part of the course, no matter what level of spiritual experience there is prior. Each student will have the experience they are ready for as a part of the course.
Five hours of recording total. I recommend doing the recordings in order: fire, earth, water, air, and then space/aether.

Advanced Elements Course
The Elements series was an invitation to build a direct relationship with each element: water, air, earth, fire, and aether/space. This Advanced Elements course is to take those relationships and learn how to work with them more fully.
In Course One, you will learn how to create ritual space and use the elements in house and space clearing. You will discover that when you bring the elements into your space, it not only clears and harmonizes your home, it also clears and harmonizes your mind, spirit, and brings peace to the other occupants of your home.
In Course Two, you will learn how to utilize the elements to bring healing to yourself as well as others. How can you “exude” the elements to bring healing simply by your presence (without needing to “do anything”)? How do you “collect” the different emanations of the Elements to come into relationship with them more fully? Learn how to “stack” or bring in different elements in conjunction with one another to bring healing, harmony, clearing, and build energy for a variety of purposes.
Both courses will have a Q & A as part of the course. As a part of this course you are welcome to send me two course-related emails directly with any questions. The opportunity to send an email expires one year after the course date.
Prerequisite: The Elements Series. You can sign up for the Elements series as a pre-recorded option below to be a part of this course.
