The Elements Course
This course is an immersive attunement into each element. Come sit with Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space (Light/Aether) with Mary Shutan, an experienced shamanic guide and ritualist.
Each hour will focus on a different element, and is an experiential opportunity to be initiated by each element. This means going beyond a mental space (although there will be minimal instruction, each hour is focused on feeling and knowing senses in order to embody the element as well as cultivate or deepen a relationship with the element. For those who have not experienced something like this before, I would consider either taking a Communal Healing course or considering the course to be similar to a one-hour meditation).
During each session, Mary creates a course container, or energy field, with the element for each student to have a powerful yet safe experience. Each student will be initiated in their own way by each element.
Each session will require a simple supply (think: bowl or cup of water for water) as well as a quiet, uninterrupted space to sit. A supply list will be sent after signing up for the course.

Due to the nature of the course, I do not accept students who wish to sign up for an individual attunement.
This course is available to anyone who has interest or feels called to be a part of the course, no matter what level of spiritual experience there is prior. Each student will have the experience they are ready for as a part of the course.
Five hours of recording total. I recommend doing the recordings in order: fire, earth, water, air, and then space/aether.
